Warehouse Associate III
Working closely with the Warehouse leadership team, this Warehouse Associate III will aid in the maintenance of inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include processing work assignments, controlling inventory, prioritizing order demands, support floor operators and delivering consistent high-level customer satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities
Accurately record and transfer information through the Oracle Inventory management system.All system transactions must be checked for accuracy and all paperwork completed and filed daily.
Perform all transactional functions in the warehouse.
Support Lean Initiatives through 5S, Lean Six Sigma, ISO-9001 etc.
Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
Must be able to report out on daily Inventory adjustments and report out to manager daily
Investigate, research and correct receiving issues relating to inventory accuracy.
Maintain focus on meeting plant objectives in safety, quality, productivity, delivery and cost efficiencies throughout the warehouse.
Ensure that we have the right parts, right place and at the right time by insuring all processes are being followed throughout the warehouse to ensure quality.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
3+ experience working in a warehouse or stockroom/inventory control
High School required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
Experience in Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook and an excellent understanding of inventory control and cycle counting functions
Requires the ability to exercise independent judgement decision making
Be able to communicate clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing
The ability to work in a fast-paced, driven environment. Must be able to work with all levels of employees within plant/office and external customers
Overtime as needed as well as the ability to rotate shifts from 1st,2ndand 3rd
