National Dentex Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Fenton, Missouri

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 30+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Keller Dental Lab in Fenton, MO for a Full-Time Shipping & Receiving Specialist.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Able to perform basic functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Specialist and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases

  • Responsible daily for opening and disinfection process of incoming cases as required by SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)

  • Responsible for Case Entry of all Business Unit cases

  • Packing of all Business Unit cases

  • Process shipments through FedEx ship manager and UPS Worldship

  • Prepare paperwork by sorting by Business unit to prepare for scanning. (as requested)

  • Enter and print doctor supplies for fulfillment

  • Follow all steps, in order, according to the Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to insure consistent and accurate results

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • PC Literacy: Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
