Monitor order queue and control work flow through waving, releasing (in PKMS and Pack Net,) manual sorting, prioritizing and delivering while balancing the needs of both MHEO and BP
Follow release schedule and take work requests from department supervisors and make decisions based on system performance and the needs of the departments being supplied; must make frequent changes to the release schedule
Track all calls for work on work log, printer log and end of day summary
Communicate system and printer performance issues to management and help desk, provide updates to the floor
Process Loose & Damaged Product utilizing PKMS and Quill database
Research Customer Reported Damages utilizing the quality database; alert management
f trends or concerns
Clean and maintain printers on the floor and in the print room
Train inductors to load ribbon labels
Cover LP / Front Desk Associate duties for breaks and lunches
Help to develop and test new wave rules
Stock printers and supplies, monitor supply usage and alert management to concerns
Monitor printers for print quality
Complete all tasks with accuracy and speed to meet internal and external customer requirements
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Perform basic housekeeping in assigned area of warehouse
Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative and constructive manner
Work in production and other departments as assigned or requested
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, self-discipline and strong work ethics required to work within schedule parameters
Must be able to work flexible schedule dictated by business needs
- Cutting knife, empty skids, wheeled carts, taper, scanner, AS400, golf cart and pallet jack
Ability to work independently
Ability to work Monday – Friday (or Saturday varies by location), some weekends and holidays will be required based on business needs; flexible schedules are available
Full-Time associates must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business needs
Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
Written (email, supply orders, help desk tickets, loose and damage, customer reported damages etc.)
Verbal (supervisors & management, IT help desk, customer service, PEAK tech, coworkers, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of PKMS/ Sunbeam, Sunrise for Quality Report
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook
Work requires physical effort to stand entire shift, must have excellent manual dexterity skills to tear and sort tickets, will carry totes of loose and damaged product, boxes of labels and ribbon weighing up to 75 lbs. with help, 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. regularly
Must have valid driver license to drive print room cart, willingness to be trained to operate a motorized pallet jack
Require physical effort associated with using the computer to access information, standing, walking, lifting needed to carry out everyday activities
Ability to work at a height of 30 feet or more as needed
Passing a background and/or drug screen may be required

Employee may lift, lower, carry product up to a maximum of 66 pounds by hand. Require physical effort associated with using the personal computer and RF scanners to enter information. Must be able to read and hear verbal instructions or through a headset.
