Senior Operations Specialist
Cerner is hiring for a new business and a problem-solving minded associate. A s a Senior Operations Specialist, you will execute Global Payroll and Benefits operational processes, provide organizational support and client service within a given professional domain area. In this role, you will be expected to provide a high level of service and support to internal clients. You will manage benefit enrollment, leave administration, compass presentations, audits for both benefits and payroll reports, works with 3rd party suppliers, researches best practices to determine appropriate course of action, and works closely with other HR teams for a non-US region. You will be responsible for timely benefit action and accurate payroll processing each month through proper preparation and execution of events and communication. You will work heavily in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams along with other internal tools such as MyBenefitsCenter, Remedy, Workday, and various payroll portal.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least one year of business operations work experience
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed and allowed by local regulations
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
