New CDL holders and recent CDL School graduates will complete a 4-day Orientation at one of Prime's training facilities. After Orientation, you will be paired with a certified Prime Trainer to go out on the road to complete 40,000 training miles running as a team. During the first 20,000 training miles, you will be paid a guaranteed minimum of $600 per week. During the final 20,000 training miles, you will be paid a guaranteed minimum of $700 per week

Tuition Reimbursement
Prime will reimburse recent CDL School graduates up to $1500 ($500 per month for 3 months) in tuition reimbursement. To qualify for tuition reimbursement, Prime must be the first company you come to within 45 days of graduation. Ask your Recruiter for more information on how to qualify!
Excellent pay and steady Miles
Refrigerated Division: Starting Pay= 39.5 cents per mile Earn an additional 5 cents per mile if you drive an ECO Featherweight tractor!
Flatbed Division: Starting Pay= 41.5 cents per mile
Tanker Division: Starting Pay= 46.5 cents per mile
