Randstad is working with a client in St. Peter's who is looking to fill an assembly line worker position.
This is a temp to permanent position. Once you complete the required hours to convert over to a permanent employee with this client you will be rewarded with a raise, full benefits and other perks offered by the client. To get there put your best foot forward with exceptional work ethic and reliability.
You must be open to either 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) with your first week of training being on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.
Drug screening and physical required prior to starting position as well as High School Diploma or GED documentation.
If the company feels you are performing well, you are eligible to work on the advanced line paying $14.25/hour while you are still Temp To Hire.
Responsible for cleaning excess foam from specific areas of foam pads.
Responsible for trimming molded foam parts.
Responsible for skiving excess foam from specific parts.
Responsible for properly packing product into designated bins per customer order.
Inspect parts for quality defects.
Make repairs to defective parts within customer quality standards.
The essential functions of this role include:
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
Assembler, Inspection, packaging (1 year of experience is required)
