Job Title: Inventory Cycle Count – Distribution Department

Job Responsibilities:

Cycle counting and charting the packaging supplies, ingredients, raw materials, and finished goods inventories. Determining and "Booking" values of inventories. Coordinating and training across all Shifts to resolve inventory issues. Assisting across all Shifts as needed in cycle counts of their STAGED areas. Conducting and coordinating “wall-to-wall” inventories as necessary. Maintaining SAP for accuracy by changing inventory levels. Researching discrepancies to their origin for resolution of variances. Communicating “upgrades/changes” to the systems as needed. Performing initial Financial Analysis of inventories. Making recommendations for continuous improvement to the cycle count process. Organizing and leading a Team a meeting or training session, as needed. Prioritizing needs as related to the cycle count process. Fulfilling all other duties as assigned by the Team Leader. Ensures proper materials are present prior to scheduled production runs. Identifies and fixes errors. Helps resolve errors identified by others. Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the Springfield QRMP accountability document. Accountable for the Safety, Health and Environmental systems and operational standards to ensure compliance as it is outlined in our policies/procedures and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Knowledge: Basic math, reading, and communication. Working Environment: Primarily indoor; in a cooler where temperature is near 36-40 degrees; dock area is

cold to hot depending on the season.

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills (i.e., MS Office, and SAP). Effective verbal and written communication skills. Fork truck certified. Be able to lift 75#. Have the ability to work at all levels of the Organization. Have the ability to motivate others. Effectively manage time. Be self-motivated and self-directed. Able to acquire a fork truck license. Able to be certified in material handling and battery changing as well as inventory control, Matrics, and Prism.

Physical Requirements:

Performs bending, squatting, kneeling, sorting, and reaching to both ground level and overhead; lifts, carries, pushes, routinely pulls and moves up to 75#; holds and grips objects; must possess manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment.
