SSE F-15 Engine / Propulsion System Subject Matter Expert in St. Louis, Missouri

We are seeking Engine / Propulsion System Subject Matter Experts to develop courseware for the highly advanced F-15 Fighter Jet. This Aircraft is the technically advanced version of the one of the world?s most successful fighter aircraft. Subject Matter Experts will develop courseware lessons that will be part of a comprehensive development effort, focusing on all maintenance courseware to address all functional systems on the aircraft. Subject Matter Experts will join a collaborative team of Subject Matter Experts, Graphics Designers/Artists, Courseware Developers and Technical Writers, to build Instructional Courseware for the F-15.

Subject Matter Experts will draw on intrinsic experience with the aircraft and technical documentation and manuals to build courseware lessons. They will work alongside the graphics team to additionally propose and direct input to define graphics that will be associated with the specific lessons being developed.


F-15 Jet Engine / Propulsion System Subject Matter Experts will have inspected, maintained, modified, tested, and repaired propellers, turboprop and turbo shaft engines, jet engines, small gas turbine engines, and engine ground support equipment (SE); will additionally have managed aerospace propulsion functions and activities.

Experience as a technician F-15E/ F-15K, or F-15SG Engine / Propulsion System Required. Possess and provide proof of Equivalent 5/7 Level Experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communications skills

Ideal candidate will have had past experience as follows: Planned, organized, and directed aerospace propulsion maintenance activities. Interpreted and implemented directives and publications pertaining to maintenance functions, including environmentally safe maintenance practices. Determined resource requements, including facilities, equipment, and supplies. Inspected and evaluated maintenance activities.


A secret clearance will be required. Active secret clearance preferred, with ability to obtain an interim secret required.
